The farm of William Beever embraces 85 acres, with 60 acres of improvement. This farm is well fenced, well watered, well cleared, and in splendid condition for tillage. The greater share of the stumps have been removed off the cleared fields, leaving the same to present a good and very attractive appearance. Mr. Beever has erected a very fine residence on the place and very materially beautified its surroundings. He also has a large frame barn, stable, etc. In fact he has everything convenient and comfortable about him, and we see no reason why himself and family should not now enjoy life amazingly.
