Order of Hearing.

STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Alcona.
At a session of the Probate Court for said county, held at the probate office, in the village of Harrisville, on the 9th day of August in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven.
Present, Hon. W. H. Gilpin, Judge of Probate.
In the matter of the estate of Lavina Forsythe, deceased.
On reading and filing the petition, duly verified of George Henry Forsythe praying that L. R. Dorr of Harrisville or some other suitable person, be appointed administrator of the said estate.
Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 7th day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all others interested in said estate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the Village of Harrisville and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the heirs at law and all persons interested in said estate, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Alcona County Review, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
